There are many activities available in and around the surrounding areas of Christchurch. Spencer Park is 20-minutes drive northeast of the city and has an exciting Adrenalin Forest for the family to experience, or hire a bike from Natural High in Montreal St and cruise the local streets and parks.

Take a balloon flight in the early morning and see the snow clad mountains and the sea all in one trip. Drive for 20 minutes to the top of the Port Hills and walk along one of the many tracks around the area and take in the view of the city.
